You can request unlimited number of modifications or changes before approval. We will be more then happy to keep modifying your project until you are 100% satisfied.
There are no additional or hidden costs for making modifications. All the requests for modifications received by you will be implemented FREE of cost.
You are not allowed to request any modification in the physical size or dimensions of your artwork. You also can't request to modify anything in your product after its approval. Moreover you can't request to create a new mock-up if many rounds of modifications have already done on an initial mock-up accepted by you. In that case you have to pay additional cost depending upon your product or nature of modification.
In print media category we will provide you the original source files of your artwork after product approval and completion. Web media category is something different where we own the rights of original source files, so here we will provide you only output files in GIF, JPEG, PDF and SWF formats. It would cost you an additional 25% of actual order cost to keep the original source files with you.

Since we offer non tangible services with no resale value, we don’t issue any refunds either full or partial.
