PRICES AND ORDERING

All mentioned prices on our website and the prices we quote in our communication with customer (emails or during live / voice chat) are full and final that covers all the taxes and any other costs. Since prices are cheaper and affordable to any small and large business enterprise, there is no bargain on prices. Our services are prepaid, customer is liable to pay full cost of project in advance before hiring us for any services. Symis Solutions is not bound to deliver its services for partial or postpay payments.

REFUND POLICY

Symis Solutions has no refund policy except customer pay more or pay twice mistakenly. Since Symis Solutions delivers non-tangible services which have no resale value, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds once order has been placed which you acknowledge prior to making online purchase on this website. If a mistake has to be proved at our end or customer is not satisfied with the task done by our team, we will keep modifying it till 100% customer satisfaction.

There is no additional cost for changes and ammendments within reasonable rounds.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

A customer can cancel his order and replace its funds with an alternate product / service we offer in featured services list of this website. A cancellation of order and replacement of funds / services will be allowed prior to order assigned to specific design / development team. No cancellation and replacement will be allowed once an order is under design / development process or its already closed. Symis Solutions will not refund any part of money if an order is cancelled by the customer. In that case cancelled order funds are our liability towards customer and we will ask the customer to select an alternate product / service within 30 days of order cancellation. We will be held liable to go then according to customer's selection to accomplish his funds. Customer has to pay if there is any price difference between the costs of cancelled order and customer's alternate selectection. Symis Solutions reserves the right to cancel any order and replace customer's funds with our alternate services or not as per customer request.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE OUTLINE

Symis Solutions will not refund any order if a customer is not satisfied. "Satisfaction Guaranteed" means that all possible resources will be used to create a product that meets customer's reasonable expectations within the limit package. This means that we will keep redoing the mock-ups or changes untill you are 100% satisfied. After every effort if you are not satisfied with the product, Symis Solutions will make another attempt to create a product that will be acceptable by you. Symis Solutions will not be held liable if customer fails to provide specific information or material which help our designers / developers in creating an expected product.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Customers need to be actively respond our emails relating to their orders. If customer doesn't provide any feedback or comments over the emails or mock ups sent by Symis Solutions within 5 days, the order will be deemed to be closed. To re opening a project would cost an additional $25 to the customer.

FINISHED ARTWORK FILES

Customer shall own the original source files (cdr, psd, ai, png) of any print media product order. After successfull completion of such projects, original source files will be sent to customer. In web media products, original source files are property of Symis Solutions and customer will be provided with only output files (gif, jpeg, pdf, swf) after project completion. To getting a source file of any web media related product would cost an extra 25% of actual order cost to customer.

MODIFICATION AFTER APPROVAL

Symis Solutions does not allow the customer to request any single or multiple modifications on a project after approval. Customer has to pay more for requesting any further modifications on a pre approved project. Modification cost depends upon the nature of changes but most probable we charge 25% of actual order cost if change is very small.

PHONE SUPPORT

Symis Solutions doesn't offer phone support. No request of phone call should be entertain before or in the mid of project. All written and voice communication should be held by email or live / voice chat messangers.

We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security and correctly use the information we collect online.
